You can create and design your own fundraiser/donation page to help collect donations for The Cortney Gives BAK Foundation! All of the donations you collect will go directly to congenital heart defect (CHD) research! Your page can stay live for as long as you choose (one week, several months, one year, etc.). Once we receive your completed form, Cortney will contact you. Cortney will help you create your page to ensure everything runs smoothly.
